This was a massive hit with my family this Christmas… so simple, and so delicious! It’s rich and tastes like something you’d pay for in a restaurant! (so modest, aren’t I?? Haha!)

I toasted the nuts a bit longer in a dry frying pan before using them in the base or on top.
